How does a person become unethical? In would be very interesting if people actually asked these questions, but actually the opposite has been proven useful for those that strive to become visionary and ethical leaders. Leadership styles are adapted to the demands and the situations at hand. Leadership is more of the needs of the people and that of the organization and less of their personal needs. Leadership aims at guiding the organization towards a shared dream. Visionary leaders create an environment that allows innovation, sharing of ideas, and positive change in the organization. In the modern competitive business world, leadership should emphasize affiliation and democratize the running of the organization, promote teamwork, harmony, and ensure that people connect with each other.
