It can be journalistic, a case study, wide-ranging or minutely focused.

This competition is open to anyone between 18 and 35 years old.

The goal was to demonstrate an appreciation of cultural differences, ethical challenges, and ways to manage diversity issues across cultures and the writer did it perfectly, following all the instructions I sent them.
